For this assignment, we were told to find a partner and come up with a story in 15 different shots. After we made the story and showed it to the teacher we could go out and take photos.
I chose the person next to me who I had already talked to in the past so we were already comfortable with each other. Right away we started to come up with ideas. The final idea was to create a story using my partners' Spiderman and Fox keychains. It was a little story about Spiderman finding a criminal a fox, to keep the school safe.
I feel as though we had great quality shots and our story was well developed but due to loss of time and having to change the location of our shots it made it a bit harder to display the story better. The story was still captured very well. The only difficulty that came with shooting with these characters is that they are very small so it is hard to capture the shots. Next time I feel as though I would need to use larger characters so that my shots are easier to take or for many of my shots to look as how they are actually supposed to look. Many of the shots I took are taken correctly but many of them are not, for example, some of the mid shots show more of the body than it is supposed to. I had to do this since the audience might not be able to see the context of the shot. One other problem was that some shots were not in focus because my camera was not able to focus due to the closeness and size of the keychains.
(Unfocused shot due to size and closeness)
(Mid shot showing whole body to show context)
